Job Description
- Provide customers and internal personnel with One Shot Quotes based on rating guidelines.
- Communicate and work with terminal staff, dispatch, sales, and other departments to provide timely accurate quotes.
- The option of working remotely is available.
Qualifications
- Professional communication with external and internal customers
- Excellent data entry and listening skills
- Able to spatially recognize patterns and envision how freight loads in a trailer
- Efficient, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at a time
- Knowledge of service area and geography
- Experience with AS400 and Excel is an asset
- Knowledge of operations in relation to freight movement is an asset
