Our Finance department drives our company forward, from steering major investment projects to transforming data into powerful insights. We now have a new opportunity for a proactive leader to support the evolution of our PRC function and make a visible impact across the business.
So, what’s the role? In this role, you will support the Head of PRC by leading a small team and ensuring the effective day‑to‑day delivery of PRC services. You will manage the ERP query and ticketing system, acting as a key point of escalation and ensuring queries are resolved accurately and within agreed timescales.
You will take ownership of financial reconciliations, including monthly balance sheet reviews and submissions in BlackLine, and support PRC month‑end activities such as journal postings and ERP system administration. You will also play an active role in identifying and delivering process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
As a people leader, you will coach and develop your team, promoting capability growth and a high‑performance culture. You will build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and support the wider business by resolving system issues and responding to user queries.

What skills are required?
- Proven experience in a finance environment, with strong balance sheet management and the ability to meet month‑end and project deadlines through effective prioritisation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and support or lead others (previous management experience desirable).
- Strong Excel capability, including pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting and lookup formulas (Microsoft Dynamics AX experience desirable).
- Highly organised and analytical, with strong attention to detail and effective time‑management skills.
- Finance experience within a manufacturing or operational business environment (desirable).
