Founded in 2016, we design, build, and scale custom software products. Our services include fully managed product development, AI product development, software development, UX/UI design, DevOps, and product management. We also offer PhaseZero and Tech Audit services.\n\nWe build AI-powered products using technologies like React, Node.js, JavaScript, and AWS. We primarily work with U.S.-based clients, including startups and established firms in industries such as FinTech, SportsTech, MedTech, and InfoSec.\n\nWe have over 7 years of experience, having shipped more than 100 products or delivered projects. All our clients are based in the U.S. Some of our clients include Payments AI, Tentacle, and RecruitMe.

We have between 51 and 200 employees, including experienced founders, product owners, engineers, and designers.\n\nWe form complete Scrum Teams, typically 5-10 individuals, who are fully internal and not outsourced. These teams collaborate with the client’s Product Owner or directly with the client.\n\nOur culture encourages growth-minded problem solvers who deliver results and create value. We offer 1-on-1 mentoring sessions and organize internal TechTalks and Hackathons to help our team develop their skills.\n\nOur leadership team includes Gray Skinner (CEO), Stanisław Kwiatkowski (COO), and Przemysław Królik (CTO).

Our employee benefits include mentoring sessions and a clear individual career path. We provide a yearly learning allowance and 8 hours of dedicated learning time each month. For health and sports, we offer a 750 PLN quarterly budget.\n\nWe align working hours with the Polish time zone, typically 10 am to 6 pm. This means no late-night work, even for our U.S. clients. We offer flexible working hours, a manageable workload, and no expectation of overtime. Employees receive all necessary equipment and can choose to work 100% remotely, in a hybrid setup, or onsite.\n\nWe build team connections through events, parties, and team-building activities, including a travel budget for remote coworkers. We offer long-term, full-time contracts (B2B or Mandate Contract - UZL) and paid days off.
