Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an Intern Product Designer to join our Product Design team. Your main focus will be to learn, under the guidance of a mentor, how to design useful apps in Figma/AI and how to turn those designs into working prototypes with the help of AI tools.
We work with well-established companies and sometimes with startups in their early stages, which makes the job full of variety. You will have your own mentor who will help you onboard and upskill, and you’ll be on a commercial project from day one.
This is a new kind of internship for us. Next to the classic design craft, you’ll spend a lot of time building and not only drawing, so that what you hand over is a link to something that works and not just a Figma file.
Start Date: ASAP
Time: approx. 6 hours/day (part-time), for 3 months with possibility of extension for another 3 months
Work mode: remote or hybrid (Wrocław office available)
Contract & Compensation: 4300 zł brutto UZL (Prefer a B2B setup? Let’s talk!)
Who we’re looking for:
You have a basic background in design and a portfolio to show us (no commercial projects required)
You have basic knowledge of Figma
You’ve already used AI to turn a design idea into something that actually runs, even if it was only an experiment for yourself (nothing commercial required, projects that never shipped are totally fine)
You know what tools like Claude Code, Cursor, v0 or Lovable are for and you’ve played with at least one. We don’t expect you to have mastered them, you’ll learn the rest here
You can say why something looks the way it does, not just that it looks good
You’re proactive, and open to feedback
You’re eager to learn and grow
You speak Polish at a C1 and English at a C1 level (it’s a must)
You have student status
Bonus points if you:
A project in your portfolio we can open at a link, not just look at
You’re a student or graduate of graphic design, product design, or a similar creative field
Any exposure to UI or UX principles
Experience in branding, marketing design, or any visual design discipline
Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects, Webflow, Jitter, Framer, Make (or alternatives)
What you’ll learn - here’s what to expect:
You’ll work with a mentor on a real commercial project, experiencing the full process from idea to execution
Your mentor will onboard you, assign tasks, support your progress, and review your work
You’ll design in Figma and turn your designs into working prototypes, most often with Claude Code
You’ll receive real, meaningful tasks, not just design support work
You may join client meetings and even present your work, with mentor support
You’ll get exposure to the scrum process and learn how to work closely with developers and Product Owners
After some time, there’s a possibility of moving to a different project
Throughout the internship, you’ll receive continuous feedback and support from our entire design team
