We founded Maze in 2018 as a user research and testing platform for the software development industry. Our platform helps product and marketing teams—from startups to enterprises—gather, analyze, and use user insights. We provide tools for recruiting participants, running various studies, and analyzing data.

Our platform combines recruiting, testing, and analysis into one system. You can access a panel of over 6 million participants or connect your own community, with precise targeting and scheduling. For research, we support interviews, prototype tests, and usability studies, including both qualitative and quantitative methods. Our research-grade AI helps find patterns and signals in data, and it automates tasks like recruiting, moderating, and summarizing.

All research findings are stored in one hub, which generates automated reports with relevant clips, stats, and stories to help influence decisions. We offer versatility, allowing for various study types and scales, and aim to make research accessible to all teams. We ensure security through encrypted data transmission (SSL), access control, AWS data center security, GDPR compliance, Single Sign-On (SSO), and private workspaces.
