We founded MedHealth in 1986 as a collection of health, medical, and employment brands. Operating in the healthcare industry, we help individuals and populations achieve better health and employment outcomes. Our services include healthcare management, medical opinions, advisory, employment, health and business technology, and rehabilitation and return-to-work programs.

We advise and support public sector and private organizations on health and employment outcomes. Our diverse client base includes injured or ill workers, people with disabilities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, long-term unemployed individuals, parents returning to the workforce, people with mental health conditions, military members and veterans, and those injured in car accidents.

We are part of the ExamWorks global network, with operations in Australia, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Together, we deliver over 2 million medical opinion and case management services each year. We operate in over 300 locations across Australia. MedHealth has over 3,800 health, employment, and support professionals, along with over 900 independent medical specialists. Its team includes job coaches, allied health professionals, finance and HR specialists, graduates, customer experience personnel, doctors, mental health specialists, communicators, and employment consultants.

Our graduate programs include a guaranteed salary of $86,400 (including super) and generous relocation allowances for interstate moves.
