Our new graduate program is designed to introduce newly qualified Occupational Therapists to best practise in Occupational Rehabilitation. We specialise in holistic practise, utilising the occupational performance model, allowing education and skill development in return to work, manual handling and ergonomics, while continuing to develop skills in hospital discharge, equipment prescription, return to function and leisure.

Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Consultant you will play an active part in your clients’ journey ensuring they achieve outstanding health, wellness and work outcomes, you will use your clinical knowledge to work with clients from:

  • CTP: Assisting clients involved in motor vehicle accidents to regain their quality of life.
  • Aged care: Enhancing the quality of life for elderly clients by addressing mobility and functional limitations.
  • Injury Prevention: preventing workplace injury and promoting safety and wellbeing through proactive measures

This position is supported by a leadership team with extensive industry experience, enabling excellent mentoring and development throughout our structured new grad 12-month program. This program includes development of assessment skills, medico-legal report writing ability, case conference coordination and discipline specific interventions. We provide a supportive and nurturing environment to transfer your knowledge to a practical work setting, while building foundation skills that will enable you to work in a variety of areas throughout your working career. The role will commence in February 2026.

Qualifications

This role requires:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Drivers license and your on vehicle
