As a P&C Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders across a diverse portfolio to provide trusted advice, coaching and strategic support. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where your HR expertise directly contributes to organisational performance, wellbeing and culture.

In this Role You Will
- Coach, guide and empower leaders in your portfolio to effectively manage performance, capability and team culture.
- Provide expert advice on P&C policies, workforce planning, organisational development and people practices.
- Manage and support a wide range of ER/IR matters, investigations, grievances and workplace issues.
- Ensure timely, sensitive and compliant case management aligned with the Fair Work Act, NES and internal policy.
- Lead and coordinate annual performance review cycles for your portfolio.
- Deliver training, facilitate workshops and support ongoing capability building for people leaders.
- Facilitate training and provide coaching to ensure ongoing development in people practices
- Partner with the WHS team to support incident management, WorkCover claims and return‑to‑work processes whilst, promoting safe working practices and wellbeing across your stakeholder groups.
- Drive and support P&C programs that uplift engagement, retention and MedHealth’s EVP.
- Use data insights, trends and analytics to inform decision‑making and influence strategy.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Proven HR generalist and business partnering experience.
- Strong working knowledge of the NES, Fair Work Act and Modern Awards.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex ER/IR matters.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills and the ability to coach, influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and sound judgement.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline (desirable).
