Job Description

We are looking for two full-time, fixed-term roles for 12 months, with hybrid working arrangements available. We are seeking a Reports Administration Officer who can work business hours, Monday to Friday.

This role will provide efficient administrative support for mi-Support transcription team, primarily through the processing of Consultant Reports, to enable the effective provision of independent medical assessments to IME clients.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Managing prioritising and following up on escalations via RPU Transcription inbox including the following.
    • RPU Dictation inbox
    • RPU Drafts inbox
    • RPU Queries
    • Drafts inbox
    • Support inbox
  • Processing transcribed reports within mi-Support portal as rostered
  • Processing reports within Practice Manager platform
  • Answering incoming phone calls

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • the willingness and ability to learn and adapt quickly to change
  • be able to meet tight details with accurate and attention to detail
  • excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • demonstrate and high level regard for confidentialty and privacy
