Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist in Parramatta or surrounding suburbs to join our Western Sydney team, supporting a varied community-based caseload.
In this role you will:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes
- Provide informal support and guidance to graduate and early-career clinicians through collaboration and shared practice
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical discussions, drawing on your experience

Qualifications
To be successful you will have:
- Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services, ideally within the disability or community sector
- Experience providing supervision or support to graduate and early-career clinicians
