Job Description

Our leaders play a pivotal role within our organisation. They represent our business, build strong client relationships, and support the growth and development of our exceptional Allied Health team.

This role combines hands-on clinical work with meaningful leadership. You’ll use your clinical expertise and leadership capability to support and grow our ACT team while continuing to deliver high-quality therapy services to participants across school, home, and community settings.

As an Allied Health Team Leader, you will balance clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, including:

  • Providing clinical and operational supervision, mentoring, and 1:1 support to team members
  • Leading monthly ACT team meetings
  • Delivering therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings
  • Assessing participants with complex emotional, cognitive, developmental, and physical needs
  • Using clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goals
  • Supporting team operations, referral allocation, and NDIS compliance

Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Allied Health professional who is passionate about leadership and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will bring:

  • Qualification as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS
  • Experience working as a senior clinician (previous Team Leader experience is not required)
  • A genuine passion for leading, mentoring, and empowering Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
  • A desire to deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals of all abilities
