We started in 2010 in Cebu, Philippines, as Intellmed, a subsidiary of Meditab Software. In 2014, we became MedSpecialized, Inc. We provide technology and staffing support to Meditab and its US-based partners, all part of the Meditab Group, which has been operating since 1998.

We offer integrated solutions that connect physicians, patients, pharmacies, and long-term care facilities, streamlining healthcare delivery. Our single-platform software solutions come with full client support.

Our expertise spans Healthcare Administration, EMR/EHR Software, Human Resources, Medical Services, Medical Transcription, Recruitment, Marketing, Data Analysis, Training, QPP Implementation, Healthcare Software Sales, Medical Sales, and Outsourcing.

For example, our Virtual Medical Assistants remotely support US healthcare clinics with tasks such as managing calls for scheduling and inquiries, creating EMR notes, and coordinating referrals, authorizations, medical records, and prescriptions. We also handle eligibility, benefits, and HEDIS. Beyond direct patient support, we have roles dedicated to improving operational efficiency through performance metric analysis.

Our main office moved to Cebu Business Park in 2015, then to Cebu I.T. Park in 2020.
