Founded in 2018, we are a business consulting company that helps growing startups build talent strategies that align with their business goals. We design and implement talent-related services to accelerate growth. Our expertise includes culture and values, onboarding, OKR implementation, performance culture, leadership DNA, learning and development, compensation and rewards, and compliance health checks.

We focus on three main service areas: Organization & Culture & Leadership, Compensation & Market Insights, and Executive Search. For Organization & Culture & Leadership, we help establish company culture and leadership structures. We aim to maximize team performance, promote strategic alignment, strengthen capabilities, and build human-centered systems through leadership development.

In Compensation & Market Insights, we provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and consultancy on tech compensation and benefits, talent trends, and job grading, using an extensive compensation database for the technology sector, which we developed with Endeavor Turkey. For Executive Search, we assist in finding executive-level professionals and creating leadership teams for scaling companies.

While we primarily work with fast-growing technology companies in the startup ecosystem, we also provide OKR services to larger organizations. We publish reports like the “Turkey Technology Sector Compensation and Benefits Trends Report” (in collaboration with Endeavor Türkiye) and a “Salary Increase Report” to offer insights into industry trends.
