We offer a coaching and mentorship platform that combines certified coaching with guidance from industry-leading executives. We provide personalized 1-on-1 coaching and mentorship, delivered by functional experts and leaders with experience at various companies.

For founders and executives, coaching covers strategic leadership, culture development, hiring strategy, talent management, and fundraising support. For managers, we focus on developing leadership skills, building high-performing teams, and addressing management challenges. We also help individual professionals unlock their potential.

Our platform integrates technology and tools to facilitate growth. This includes features for managing coaching sessions, setting topics, preparing notes, and providing feedback. Users can also develop custom growth plans, use self-assessments, and get peer feedback to identify personal growth opportunities. We foster community engagement through monthly events, Mento Intros, and a Slack community. Our coaches are experienced operators who receive Mento-specific training.
