Someone ready to look beyond the numbers – turning market signals into pricing strategies, margins into business growth, and complex data into clear competitive advantages.
As a Pricing Policy Analyst, you won’t just track prices – you’ll be the navigator of our value proposition. From daily market benchmarks and margin analysis to collaborating with Purchasing and Sales teams, your work ensures that METRO stays the trusted partner for our professional customers.
What Will You Do? 🚀
- Master the Market: Perform daily price checks against the market and competition, adjusting prices for our Delivery business to stay ahead of the curve.
- Analyze with Purpose: Conduct benchmark analyses and deep-dives into margins to understand how pricing shifts impact the overall business.
- Be a Cross-Functional Bridge: Work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, providing pricing support and analysis for various projects across different departments.
- Drive Reporting Excellence: Prepare and deliver routine and ad-hoc reports for Purchasing, Sales, and middle management to support data-driven decisions.
- Stay Compliant: Monitor and implement legal regulations every Thursday, ensuring our pricing policy is always aligned with the latest legal frameworks.

Your Technical Toolkit 🛠️
- Analytical Experience: You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience in analysis—whether it’s sales, purchasing, or pricing.
- Excel Power User: You are highly proficient in MS Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, complex formulas) and comfortable handling large data sets.
- Reporting & Presentation: You have experience in creating structured reports and presenting your findings clearly to middle management and specialists.
- Language Skills: You communicate effectively in both Serbian and English, both written and verbal.
