Job Description
- Manage sales and supply planning activities to optimize stock levels and improve product availability.
- Be responsible for the demand and supply processes of Central Ordering products and suppliers.
- Determine accurate order quantities by effectively using systems and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate all ordering criteria that impact the demand planning process.
- Manage ordering actions that support in-store stock management processes.
- Lead demand forecasting analysis and reporting activities.
- Actively and efficiently use ordering and forecasting systems/tools.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in central ordering management processes for stores (preferred).
- Proficiency in Order Management Systems.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Advanced Excel skills with reporting experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong team player with a collaborative working style.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
