About Mindful Souls
Mindful Souls is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Static Ads Creator with strong visual design skills and practical knowledge of AI-powered creative tools. The role will focus on conceptualizing and producing high-quality, performance-driven static advertisements for Meta campaigns.
The ideal candidate combines design expertise with AI-assisted creativity to develop engaging visuals that capture attention, communicate brand messaging, and support marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and create high-quality static advertisements for Meta campaigns across feed, story, and carousel formats.
Use AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, and Canva AI to develop creative concepts and generate on-brand imagery.
Write effective AI prompts to produce relevant, high-quality visuals aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Refine and enhance AI-generated images using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or other relevant design tools.
Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and creative experimentation.
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize ad creatives based on key metrics, including CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
Ensure all creative assets meet Meta advertising specifications and maintain brand consistency.
Incorporate feedback and deliver creative assets within agreed timelines.
Stay updated on emerging AI design tools, creative trends, and advertising best practices.
Requirements
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in static ad design, preferably for Meta advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools, including prompt writing and image refinement.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
A portfolio demonstrating static advertising creatives, including AI-assisted designs.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and advertising performance metrics.
Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts.
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good to Have
Experience working with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
Basic copywriting skills for ad headlines, hooks, and promotional messaging.
Understanding of direct-response advertising and conversion-focused creative strategies.
Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-driven creative optimization.
