We are a population health management company providing data-driven, team-based behavioral health support. We identify, engage, and serve populations facing behavioral health and medical challenges. We contract with payers, health systems, hospitals, and primary care practice groups to integrate behavioral and medical care. Our tech-enabled teams, including case managers, care managers, community health workers, peer support specialists, and psychiatrists, offer ²⁴⁄₇ support.

Our member engagement and predictive analytics platform helps us reduce hospital readmissions, collaborate on care, coordinate care for the seriously mentally ill, and measure psychiatric outcomes.

We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Silver Spring, Maryland. We operate in VA, DE, PA, WV, LA, NV, FL, NJ, NY, NC, OH, NE, MO, IL, KY, and DC. We are part of the Hospitals and Health Care industry, and our affiliated companies include CareMind and StrongWell.

We founded Mindoula because we believed the behavioral health system needed improvement, driven by personal experiences with mental illness.

Our approach focuses on serving individuals, emphasizing that each person is a “person first, and a set of challenges second,” rather than prioritizing diagnoses or symptom sets.

Many of our roles are remote, including 100% virtual positions. We provide remote technologies like MacBooks and iPhones to support our team.
