Mindrift builds AI through online collaborative projects. We create data for generative AI, offering freelancers remote, flexible opportunities to help develop AI.

For our Tendem project, AI Agent Assistants work with large language models, refining AI outputs through fact-checking, data curation, market research, and sales lead refinement. This ensures accuracy and real-world applicability. These roles involve designing prompts, refining model responses, and applying LLM best practices.

Our Machine Learning experts design original computational STEM problems and Python challenges. These are computationally intensive and come with verified solutions.

Data Science AI Trainers create real-world data science challenges and evaluation pipelines. They simulate analytical workflows across industries using Python and standard data science libraries, covering data ingestion, cleaning, EDA, modeling, validation, and deployment.

AI Pilots, including Vibecode specialists, manage specialized data scraping for our Tendem project within a hybrid AI and human system. They handle end-to-end data extraction from complex websites using internal tools like Apify and OpenRouter, focusing on data quality and structured output.

Compensation is project-based, with rates from $8 to $55 per hour depending on skills, experience, location, and project needs. We also offer performance-based bonus programs that reward high-quality work and consistent delivery.
