About the Role
GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. If you join the platform as an AI Tutor in Zendesk, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on these projects.
Although every project is unique, you might typically:
- Review pre-generated intents and transform them into a logical sequence of agent steps;
- Define a test case: dialogue flow (user request, intermediate steps, agent’s final response);
- Create a Golden Path: the optimal sequence of tools the agent should invoke;
- Write User Agent instructions to ensure consistent and correct automated behavior.

You hold a Bachelor’s o r Master’s Degree in Business Administration and/or any relevant area.
You have a minimum of 3 year of professional experience, including Zendesk admin/configuration:
- Setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation;
- Managing groups, roles, and permissions;
- Configuring multiple departments or business units within a single Zendesk instance (multi-brand / multi-department setup).
Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
