Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our facilities, and leading a team of maintenance professionals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance programs
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities across all facilities, ensuring timely completion of repairs and upgrades
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Oversee the maintenance budget, control costs, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential issues
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable maintenance practices
- Manage small-scale projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions to operations during maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance
- Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports for upper management
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in facility maintenance
Qualifications
The Maintenance Manager shall hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering with relevant hands-on experience in maintenance operations. The candidate must have strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor management, and team supervision. Prior experience in hospitality or large facilities is preferred.
