Job description
Job Title: Solutions Architect (APAC)
Location: Remote (Based in the Asia-Pacific region)
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Equity/Token Allocation + Benefits
The Opportunity
They are seeking a high-caliber Solutions Architect to lead technical implementations across the APAC region. As a core member of a lean, “mighty” team of builders, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex infrastructure and real-world utility. This role is instrumental in making stablecoins usable for card transactions, cross-border payments, and B2B remittances.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional position designed for someone who thrives in early-stage environments. You will work directly with founders and veteran builders to shape a borderless financial future, supported by top-tier investors including Sapphire Ventures, Lightspeed, and Khosla Ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Leadership: Lead customer implementations from initial technical discovery and onboarding through to production deployment.
Technical Advisory: Support high-level customer conversations regarding API capabilities and guide institutional clients through platform development.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide hands-on support for JavaScript and SQL-based implementations.
Roadmap Influence: Act as the “voice of the customer” for the APAC market, collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate local needs into global features.
Process Engineering: As an early hire in the region, you will help build the solutions engineering playbook and scaling processes from scratch.
Experience: 4+ years of technical experience in system integrations (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or Support Engineer).
Technical Stack: Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, SQL, and a deep familiarity with financial APIs, webhooks, and real-time payment processing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited program. (A strong academic and professional pedigree is highly valued).
Market Alignment: Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable to support regional growth; prior experience in Fintech (specifically neobanking or card issuing) is a significant advantage.
Startup Mindset: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “flat” organizational structure where you are expected to manage multiple projects independently.
Our perks are designed to ensure working with us is a fulfilling, healthy, and happy experience, supporting a high-performance, flat, and open culture.
- Time Off: Unlimited Time Off with a required 10-day minimum for rest and recharge.
- Flexible Working: We support a flexible workplace—work from home or come into an office, allowing you to be your most confident and productive self.
- Financial Alignment: Competitive salary coupled with an equity option plan so all teammates can benefit from our success.
- Health & Wellness: Easy-to-access comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans (US-based employees), with a percentage paid for by the company for the employee and dependents. Includes a 100% company-subsidized life insurance plan.
- Wellness Stipend: Team members are welcome to use their company card for eligible health and wellness spending (e.g., gym memberships, fitness classes).
- Team Summits: Opportunities for team summits to strengthen relationships and build a common destiny.
- Product Experience: Issued “Rain Cards” for team members to utilize and be knowledgeable about our core products and services.
