MongoDB is expanding its presence in the Israeli startup ecosystem. Our team focused explicitly on early-stage startups and we are growing rapidly to capture a massive market opportunity. As startups build from zero to one, MongoDB sits directly at the center, powering modern AI applications with the scale and flexibility required for modern software.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Tel Aviv for our hybrid working model.

Day to Day
- Cultivate sales through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification across early-stage startups in Israel
- Strategically prospect into CTOs, VPs of R&D, Engineering Leaders, and technical end-users
- Meet customers in-field and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Partner closely with Solution Architects, Account Development, and Marketing to execute account strategies and accelerate deal cycles
- Build strong and effective relationships with technical decision-makers, tying technology back to their key business drivers
What You Bring to the Table
- 2 to 3 years of full sales cycle experience in a quota-carrying SaaS or technology sales role
- Proven track record selling to technical decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of R&D, DevOps, or Engineering Leaders)
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts from scratch and build a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting
- Consistent history of goal achievement in a fast-paced environment
- Consultative mindset with the ability to articulate the business value of a technical product
