We are a national leader in build-to-rent (BTR) construction and pre-development, acting as a general contractor for developers in this housing sector. We offer construction services including pre-development, horizontal, vertical, and amenity construction, as well as warranty services.

We integrate technology into our operations, operating as a hybrid construction and software company. We develop and deploy software to build homes faster and at a larger scale. We are currently building 1,414 homes across 10 projects in metropolitan Arizona and Texas. We can build all residential product types and amenities, supporting diverse architectural styles and densities.

We focus on construction velocity, optimizing planning and phasing for rapid unit delivery and early, uninterrupted leasing. For sustainability, we emphasize climate innovation at scale, using our deep supply-chain expertise. We have constructed numerous DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes. We also use civil and vertical expertise to parallelize horizontal and vertical construction, reducing delivery cycle times and preventing conflicts.

Technology plays a central role, with proprietary software like Mosaic Hub. This AI-powered system manages contracting, scheduling, and payments. It optimizes various aspects of construction operations. We standardize our processes, not our products, across different markets to streamline operations and support scaling. We work with a network of over 1,500 trades.
