If you’re a hands-on digital shelf professional who knows Amazon inside and out and enjoys turning complex challenges into measurable improvements, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect.

What You’ll Do

Drive Amazon & Digital Shelf Performance

  • Lead the optimization of Amazon Product Detail Pages (PDPs), including product titles, descriptions, images, videos, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.
  • Improve organic search visibility, product discoverability, and conversion across Amazon and other major online retailers.
  • Identify and resolve catalog issues, suppressed listings, missing content, and other barriers affecting product performance.
  • Monitor Amazon marketplace developments, search algorithms, and emerging AI-powered shopping capabilities.

Own Product Content & Salsify Operations

  • Serve as a key subject matter expert for Salsify and digital product-content management.
  • Oversee product content workflows, including approvals, syndication, publishing, and verification across retail platforms.
  • Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, compliant, and optimized for each retailer.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve automation, and accelerate content deployment.

Support Global eCommerce Growth

  • Manage digital shelf execution across Amazon marketplaces globally, with an immediate focus on the US and Europe.
  • Partner with regional teams to adapt product content to local languages, consumer preferences, and retailer requirements.
  • Establish consistent digital shelf standards and best practices across markets.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and major commercial events by ensuring product pages are accurate and ready for consumers.

Turn Data into Action

  • Analyze digital shelf performance, including organic search rankings, conversion, content quality, and competitive positioning.
  • Use consumer reviews, ratings, and search insights to identify opportunities for product-content improvements.
  • Lead content testing and optimization initiatives to improve the online shopping experience.
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and measurable results.

Collaborate & Lead

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, IT, Regulatory, and regional teams to drive digital shelf improvements.
  • Manage external agencies, content vendors, and technology partners.
  • Develop processes, training, and best practices that improve execution across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital shelf management, eCommerce content operations, product-content management, or digital commerce.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Brand Registry, and PDP optimization.
  • Experience using Salsify or a comparable PIM/PXM or content syndication platform.
  • Demonstrated success improving product content, organic search visibility, conversion rates, or digital shelf performance.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword optimization, indexing, catalog management, and digital shelf analytics.
  • Experience supporting Amazon marketplaces across multiple countries or regions.
  • Experience managing product-content localization and international deployment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills.
