Role Overview
Weโre hiring Business Process Agents to handle manual operational workflows such as approvals, sorting, and uploads.
This role exists to offload operational work from the Support team, especially around Magic Suite approvals, so support can stay focused on customers.
Youโll work behind the scenes to keep processes moving smoothly, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Execute manual processes including approvals, sorting, uploads, and checks
Follow defined workflows and SOPs with high accuracy
Flag issues, gaps, or unclear steps in existing processes
Suggest improvements to make processes faster or cleaner
Maintain clear records of work completed
Create and submit daily status reports summarizing tasks handled and progress made
Escalate edge cases or blockers when needed

Communicating issues clearly and promptly
