Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and insightful Creative Storyteller to join our creative team. This role requires a strong passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of social media. From short-form social videos to long-form explainers and campaigns, your scripts will play a key role in shaping our voice and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Research and develop scripts focused on oral, health care topics.
Collaborate with producers, editors, marketers, and product teams to transform ideas into clear, engaging scripts.
Write across a variety of formats and tones, including narrative explainers, educational content, short-form videos, and branded storytelling.
Tailor scripts for platforms such as YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, and other digital channels.
Revise scripts based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity and narrative clarity.
Ensure all scripts align with brand voice, messaging goals, and content standards.
Stay up to date on social media trends, online narratives, and community sentiment, and proactively pitch story ideas.
Meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy, creativity, and storytelling impact.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a scriptwriter, storyteller, copywriter, or content writer for digital platforms.
Hands-on experience creating content for social media platforms, with an understanding of how storytelling, pacing, and hooks differ across YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, and similar channels.
Strong working knowledge of social media and trends.
Excellent command of narrative structure, tone, and pacing for short- and long-form content.
Ability to distil complex or technical topics into accessible, engaging scripts.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
