- Own architectural decisions and long‑term roadmap for how identity data is modeled, linked, governed, and deployed across internal systems and partner environments.
- Design, test, and optimize identity graph build logic to support both high‑scale reach and high‑precision matching, improving match rates, fidelity, and performance over time.
- Evaluate and integrate large‑scale internal and third‑party census‑level datasets, determining the best methods to ingest, normalize, and activate new identity signals.
- Develop and maintain identity data standards, pipelines, and frameworks that ensure accuracy, stability, and interoperability across downstream activation, analytics, and measurement workflows.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Privacy, Cyber, Legal, and Product teams to ensure the graph meets regulatory, technical, and operational requirements while enabling new use cases.
- Continuously analyze new datasets, methodologies, and identity technologies to recommend enhancements that improve graph performance, reduce third‑party dependency, and expand NBCU’s first‑party scale.
Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience working in data architecture, data engineering, or identity resolution—ideally within large‑scale consumer data, advertising, or digital platforms.
- Deep expertise in designing and operating complex identity systems, including graph‑based architectures, multi‑identifier resolution, and ingesting large first‑ and third‑party datasets at scale.
- Proven leadership partnering across engineering, product, privacy, and data science teams to define data standards, guide architectural decisions, and drive delivery of high‑impact identity products.
Desired Characteristics:
