Your role:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for both IT and non-IT roles - from intake meetings and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to understand business needs and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, databases, direct outreach).
- Screen, assess, and guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, provide structured feedback, and support decision-making.
- Act as a brand ambassador of Nexo, representing the company professionally and consistently across all touchpoints.
- Maintain accurate documentation and hiring data in the ATS, while continuously improving recruitment processes.
What makes you stand out:
- Proven experience as an in-house Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant, hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment and end-to-end ownership of multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve hiring outcomes.
