So, what’s the role all about?
As a Sales Associate at NiCE you will join our most experienced Enterprise and Strategic sellers and play a pivotal role in supporting some of NiCE’s largest, most influential accounts. This is a unique early‑career opportunity to learn directly from top performers, gain firsthand exposure to complex sales cycles, and develop the capabilities needed for a future quota‑carrying role.
In this position, you won’t own a sales target yet, but it’s not an administrative job. Instead, you’ll contribute strategically by supporting account directors, advancing key motions, uncovering new opportunities, and helping drive momentum within high‑value accounts. Your work will directly influence how NiCE deepen relationships, expand our footprint, and bring added value to our most strategic customers.

How will you make an impact?
- Expand relationships and drive growth by coordinating with AEs on strategic actions.
- Support on the end-to-end sales cycle activities of existing opportunities.
- Own and close right-sized opportunities that accelerate total account ARR.
- Generate incremental pipeline through targeted outreach, re-engagement of dormant opportunities, and campaign-driven follow-up.
- Increase deal size, velocity, and account penetration by executing expansion and cross-sell motions.
- Maintain momentum between AE-led executive conversations by advancing procurement, legal, and technical threads.
Have you got what it takes?
- 2+ years’ Grad Scheme or SaaS sales experience with a market leading global enterprise SaaS provider, hyperscaler or global consulting organisation.
- Experience in the end-to-end sales process including the creation of pipeline and closure of deals.
- Skilled in multi-threading conversations below the executive level and uncovering whitespace opportunities.
- Comfortable managing parallel deal threads and accelerating deal cycles.
- Strong collaboration skills to operate as an embedded partner to AEs.
- Ability to execute growth-producing motions without drifting into administrative tasks.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Experience in Enterprise or Strategic account management.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales motions and expansion strategies.
- Strong understanding of quoting and approvals processes.
