We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Professional Services Engineer to join our dynamic and customer-facing team focused on delivering and implementing NiCE Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions for leading financial institutions. You’ll work on cutting-edge compliance technologies in domains such as AML, Payment Fraud, and Trading Compliance, helping clients meet critical regulatory requirements.

How will you make an impact?
You will collaborate with highly skilled engineers, architects, and business analysts to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. Your work will directly support financial institutions in preventing financial crimes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Develop, configure, and customize Actimize product features based on design documents and enterprise standards
- Implement and configure new applications and deploy solutions in customer environments
- Set up new environments and manage deployments
- Collaborate on building internal tools and utilities for high-speed, large-scale operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functionality issues
- Interface with R&D, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams
- Occasionally work on client sites or across time zones
- Support customers by understanding business requirements and delivering tailored solutions
- Operate independently and complete complex tasks with minimal supervision
Have you got what it takes?
- Experience: 4–7 years in enterprise software development or implementation
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL, Postgres, and large data volume handling
- Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and debugging skills
- Experience in complex database environments (Postgres, MS SQL)
- Exposure to Unix and basic shell commands
- Understanding of end-to-end application workflows
- Familiarity with scalable, secure, multi-user coding practices
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience working in global, matrixed environments
- Agile and waterfall project methodology exposure
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
Nice to have:
- Experience or knowledge in Actimize development
- Professional services or implementation experience
- DevOps exposure (Kubernetes, Docker, Pods)
