Noetic Strategies, Inc.

We founded Noetic Strategies, Inc. in 2006. We are a technical small business providing software development, cybersecurity, advanced analytics, intelligence analysis, and information technology services. We also offer program support, research, software engineering, and research and development services.

We serve over 10 federal DoD and Civilian organizations, including those in Defense, Homeland Security, and Intelligence.

We hold 8(a), WOSB, and HUBZone certifications and use contract vehicles such as GSA STARS III, GSA MAS, and SeaPort NxG. Our headquarters is in a historic HUBZone at the Lincoln Mill Office Campus in Huntsville, Alabama.

We were ranked #39 on the 2021 Washington Technology Fast 50 and have been an Inc. 5000 honoree three times. About 40% of our employees have STEM degrees, 17% are veterans, and 55% have security clearances.
