We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Partnerships & Podcasts Manager to join our innovative B2B marketing team. This unique role combines the strategic management of our affiliate partnerships with the exciting world of podcast and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate is a master relationship-builder, a savvy negotiator, and a creative thinker who is passionate about discovering and scaling new growth channels. You will be responsible for expanding our brand’s reach and driving revenue by identifying and nurturing key affiliate partners and leading our podcast advertising initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with key affiliate partners & existing podcasts, including coupon, discount, sites, and new emerging verticals
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with podcast agencies, influencers, and content creators across various audio platforms
- Conduct outreach to potential podcast shows and affiliate partners, negotiating rates and terms to secure high-value collaborations
- Manage the end-to-end execution of affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns to achieve objectives and KPIs
- Analyze and optimize the performance of existing partners, identifying and addressing under-performing areas with support from the wider marketing team (CRO, Content, SEO, PPC).Brainstorm and implement new, creative approaches to affiliate and influencer campaigns
- Research innovative ways, channels, and technologies to promote our brands and products effectively
- Adopt a hands-on approach to test, analyze, and scale new growth ideas and strategies
Core Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in one of the following: affiliate, podcasts, influencers marketing
- Working knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing
- Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Solid negotiation skills aimed at tangible results
- Ability to work autonomously as well as manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Interest in technology, cybersecurity, and innovations
- Experience with attribution/tracking platforms, CRM and automation tools, and different web and data analytic tools would be a bonus
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2500 - 3500 EUR/Month
