We provide an adaptive writing curriculum that helps students improve their writing skills. Our platform engages students with exercises tailored to their interests, offers support throughout the writing process, and gives targeted practice. More than 60% of US school districts use our platform. Since our founding in 2012 by a high school English teacher, students have completed over 10 billion writing exercises on our site. Our operations include managing revenue and sales enablement, which covers Salesforce administration, process optimization, sales performance analysis, and forecasting. Data analysis is central to what we do; we use Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma to turn data into insights, reports, and dashboards for our Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams. We also manage renewal workflows for our Low-Touch segment, handling order forms, license levels, and coordinating with school and district administrators.
