About Associa
Founded in 1979, we provide community and property management services across North America, including the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. We operate through more than 300 branch offices, serving over 7.5 million residents and homeowners.
Our services include property management, accounting, financial services, association and developer consulting, real estate services, and title and collection services. We manage communities like single-family HOAs, master-planned communities, high-rise buildings, loft and condominium hotels, and mixed-use developments.
We started as a boutique property management firm in Dallas. Over time, we added an in-house service department for construction and maintenance, a data processing firm for web-based resale documents, and a client shared service center for accounting. In 2021, we launched Associa Financial Solutions, Inc. to help association boards with HOA loan processes.
