Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of high-impact digital products. The role involves close collaboration with technology and scrum teams to translate product strategy into clear requirements, prioritize delivery, and ensure customer-first outcomes using data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with engineering and technology teams to define, develop, test, and deliver product features and services.
Translate product roadmap into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead backlog prioritization and sprint execution with Agile/Scrum teams.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Analyze product performance and support tracking, reporting, and data governance initiatives.
Incorporate industry trends, competitive insights, and best practices into product roadmap planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital product management or product development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical aptitude with a customer-first mindset.
Hands-on experience building and managing product backlogs in Agile/SAFe environments.
Foundation data skills, including SQL, querying, and table building.
Experience with Agile tools such as Rally, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), and Slack.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology preferred.
