We are looking for a Video Content Creator to produce engaging internal and YouTube video content. You will join the Video team, working closely with Product Communications and Marketing teams to turn product updates and complex topics into clear, high-quality video content that supports education, adoption, and engagement.
What you’ll do @ Omnisend:
- Record and present on-camera for internal videos and YouTube projects, delivering clear, engaging, and energetic video content;
- Set up and manage the studio environment, ensuring consistent video and audio quality across recordings;
- Own and organize recordings related to product updates and product features, keeping content structured and easy to reuse;
- Collaborate in the video editing process by providing feedback and editing small-scale videos when needed;
- Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to deliver videos aligned with business and communication goals;
- Maintain a confident on-camera presence, keeping energy high and messaging clear.
We expect that you’ll bring:
- Experience recording and presenting video content for YouTube, social media, or internal communications;
- Comfort and confidence on camera, with strong verbal communication skills in English;
- Solid understanding of basic post-production workflows (editing, review cycles, publishing);
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and recordings in a structured, organized way.
It would be a strong plus if you bring:
- An analytical mindset, with familiarity around video performance metrics (retention, engagement, CTR);
- Experience or strong interest in marketing, product communication, or SaaS content.
