About the Role:

We are looking for an accomplished Strategic Sales Director to spearhead growth for our 2600Hz business solution. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record and strong relationships across the Service Provider and Telecom Carrier ecosystem. In this role, you will shape and execute sales strategies that deepen engagement with Service Providers, lead key partner accounts, and leverage your industry network to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen customer retention.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sales Prospecting
    • Utilize existing relationships to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand our customer base within Service Providers and Telecom Carriers.
  • Market Analysis
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies.
    • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor assessments within the Service Provider and Telecom Carrier space to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Relationship Management
    • Utilize existing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the Service Provider and Telecom Carrier sectors to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, sales reports, and other relevant metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making.
    • Regularly report on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
  • Customer Focus
    • Ensure a customer-centric approach in all sales activities, focusing on delivering value and solving customer challenges.
    • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product and service enhancements.

Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results; minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales.
  • Established relationships with Service Providers and Telecom Carriers. Highly desirable to have prior experience with the BroadSoft, NetSapiens and Metaswitch ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, preferably with experience in Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) solutions. Β Bonus if you have experience in CCaaS and CPaaS.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market trends into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Executive presence and excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Extensive experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans, including pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue generation.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. #LI-CC1
