They can receive a cash offer, avoiding traditional listings, showings, and long closing times. We have completed over 250,000 customer transactions in 50 U.S. markets.

Our work includes managing home repairs and renovations, with project managers and estimators handling these tasks. Our team also includes roles in executive operations, treasury and debt accounting, data science for product strategy and improving customer experience, and machine learning engineering to run our pricing engine and other key functions. Agent Home Sales Advisors help homeowners understand their selling options.
