We provide aviation recruitment services, helping businesses find, hire, and security clear airport staff. Our services include recruitment, background checks, consultancy, and training within the aviation sector.

We work with operators like DHL, easyJet, British Airways, Menzies, Dufry, and Virgin Atlantic. Founded in 2016, we operate in the Staffing and Recruiting industry and have 51-200 employees. Part of our work involves contacting candidates and previous employers to complete background screening.

Our head office team fosters a friendly environment. We value strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. We offer opportunities for career progression. Some roles have a work schedule of Monday-to-Friday, 8:30 am–5 pm.

We offer a starting salary of £28,000 per year, plus bonuses. We provide a pension scheme. Our holiday benefits include 30 days per year plus an extra day for your birthday, or 21 days per year plus bank holidays. While roles are primarily office-based, you can work remotely one day per week after probation.
