Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend software development
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and backend development
- Experience working on high-load or high-transaction systems (high traffic, scalable systems)
- Knowledge of multithreading and concurrent programming
- Experience in performance optimization (latency reduction, system tuning)
- Knowledge of memory management and JVM internals (heap, garbage collection)
- Hands-on experience in REST API design and development
- Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles
- Experience with debugging and performance troubleshooting
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Advanced level of English (reading and technical documentation)
