Job Description
Join a high-performing, process-driven team that supports a broad portfolio of commercial finance projects within a professional services environment. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional who is comfortable taking ownership of tasks, thrives in structured environments, and enjoys driving processes forward.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and finance teams to ensure accurate project set-up, financial reporting, timely invoicing, and compliance with internal controls and external requirements. Strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are essential.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate commercial records and ensure audit compliance.
- Open and manage projects/jobs in financial systems (PeopleSoft experience a plus).
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, including uploading invoices to client portals
- Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and debt positions; resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support credit control and assist with debt management.
- Manage weekly time reporting and ensure accurate revenue is reported.
- Provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Assist with ad hoc financial and administrative tasks across the team.

- Flexible and adaptable to change; thrives in a demanding environment.
- Creative problem-solving approach with compliance awareness.
- Previous experience in a structured or process-driven environment.
Additional Information
Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site or at the office.

In compliance with Colorado’s, New York & Massachusetts’s Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to the State of Massachusetts and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications. Salary Range: $75,000 - $82,000
