Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, or AX ERP systems
- Analyze clients’ business processes and gather system requirements
- Configure ERP solutions, perform testing, data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live support
- Assist in developing custom ERP solutions and system integrations
- Provide implementation consulting and ongoing customer support
- Participate in client presentations, proposals, and pre-sales activities
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver successful ERP implementations
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of ERP implementation or consulting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, AX, or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to business users
- Excellent customer service and project management skills
- Manufacturing, distribution, or service industry knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required
