Job description
What do we do?
As the SaaS space expands, there’s more potential than ever for growing software companies.
Having a great product is only part of the journey. B2B SaaS companies today face endless competition, live or die by customer acquisition costs, have to earn customer loyalty every day, need to operate across borders, and must navigate increasingly complex regulations.
Our all-in-one platform is purpose-built for modern SaaS execution and already powers growth for over 2000 software companies, globally. Our Revenue Delivery Platform integrates checkout, payment, and subscription management, making it easy for businesses to activate new business models, enter new markets, turn on new offerings, and renew subscriptions without friction and we handle compliance globally, so our Sellers always operate with full integrity.
The Role:
We’re hiring a Senior GTM Program Manager to act as the connective tissue across our Go-to-market function, owning program execution, stakeholder coordination, strategic initiatives, and operational rigour for our cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of GTM Enablement & Programs, and working closely with the Go-to-market leadership, this high-impact role focuses on planning, co-ordination and delivery of business-critical GTM projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-velocity, high-growth environments and executes with precision and clarity. If you’re structured but adaptable, operational but strategic, love driving momentum across complex teams, and are adept at stakeholder management, this is your role.
What you’ll do:
Partner with GTM leaders to drive the definition and execution of complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives that directly support company growth and revenue goals.
Create and manage program plans, timelines, and success metrics while identifying potential risks and considerations. Ensure clear ownership, aligned priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Facilitate collaboration and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and RevOps. Ensure alignment on goals, dependencies, and decisions.
Ensure consistent progress by leading key cadences to maintain momentum and accountability.
Navigate ambiguity, anticipate blockers, remove roadblocks, while maintaining momentum, trust and transparency.
Act as an executional right hand to the CRO and the wider GTM Leadership team, helping turn strategy into coordinated execution across the GTM org.
Change management of key initiatives including messaging/communication planning. Co-ordinate with enablement, RevOps, and others to ensure successful rollout of key initiatives.
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
Experience working with Go-to-market teams, ideally within SaaS/Payments companies.
A strategic and critical thinker, who can connect dots and objectively analyse input to form a proposed plan of action.
A natural cross-functional collaborator, across all levels and functions of an organisation. Strong stakeholder management skills are key. In particular, you should be adept at influencing senior sales leadership.
A fast learner and self-starter, who thrives in a dynamic environment.
A clear, concise communicator who can simplify complex concepts.
Bonus: Experience using AI to streamline GTM processes and improve productivity.
