Papa

We started in 2017 as a human care network, supporting the social needs of older adults and families. We provide personalized non-medical care, companionship, and daily assistance through our national network of Papa Pals. Services are available nationwide in-person or by phone and include help with daily tasks, transportation, and errands. We partner with health plans and employers to offer these services to their members.

Our program has supported millions of in-person visits across more than 7,300 U.S. cities. This has led to improved healthcare utilization, medical cost reductions for higher needs populations, and better quality of life and well-being for our members. Our goal is to promote independence, reduce inequities, and address loneliness.
