We are a business advisory company offering investment banking, investor relations, and asset management. Our name comes from the Pareto Principle, also known as the ⁸⁰⁄₂₀ rule, which guides how we work with clients.

We aim to find the 20% of factors that create 80% of the impact for our clients. Our focus is on elements that significantly improve business goals and equity value. Our services include IPO advisory, valuation, due diligence, investments, and private equity.

We focus on creating long-term value and delivering integrated services, especially in India’s financial capital. Our team has over 75 years of combined experience. We’ve completed over 80 transactions, built relationships with over 400 companies, and have an investor network of more than 900.
