AI-Native Marketing Coordinator (AI Workflows, Content, Podcast & Growth Operations) – Remote | U.S. Central Hours

Working Hours: U.S. Central Time (9 AM – 5 PM CST)
Location: Remote (LATAM Preferred)
About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an AI-Native Marketing Coordinator to support content, growth, outreach, podcast production, events, and AI-powered operational workflows inside a fast-growing company.
This is not a traditional marketing coordinator role.
Almost every piece of work in this position starts inside an AI system you build, prompt, automate, or improve yourself.
You’ll work directly with leadership and help execute across:
- Social media
- Podcasts
- Outreach campaigns
- Websites & landing pages
- Conferences & webinars
- AI workflows & automations
- Sales collateral & creative assets

What You’ll Own
AI Systems & Workflow Automation (Core Focus)
Work heavily inside:

Build and improve:

Research and test new AI tools as they launch
Use AI as the starting point for execution — not just editing
Content & Social Media
Manage company social channels end-to-end
Draft LinkedIn content for leadership using AI-assisted workflows
Build and maintain content calendars
Turn podcast transcripts into:
- Hooks
- Social posts
- Clips
- Thought-leadership content
Bring growth ideas, campaigns, and content strategies proactively
Podcast Production
Support podcast recordings and setup
Handle:
- Audio
- Video
- Editing
- Publishing
Produce:
- Show notes
- Social clips
- Promotional assets
Own the process from recording → publishing
Cold Outreach & Lead Generation
Build and manage:
- Cold email campaigns
- LinkedIn outreach workflows
Use tools like:
- Clay
- Instantly
- Smartlead
Support:
- Domain setup
- Warm-up
- Lead databases
- Outreach optimization
Design & Creative Operations
Update and improve AI-built websites and landing pages
Design:
- Postcards
- Event signage
- Sales collateral

- Claude Design

Support Amazon KDP/self-publishing workflows
Email Marketing & Communication
Build and send newsletters
Support nurture sequences and outreach emails

Events & Webinar Coordination
Coordinate:
- Conferences
- Webinars

Light Technical Operations
