About the Role
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to run and optimize campaigns across paid, social, and organic channels.
This is a hands-on execution role — not strategy-only.
You will:
- Manage and scale paid campaigns

What You’ll Own
1. Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)
Manage campaigns in Google Ads:
- Search
- Display
- Remarketing
Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns
Write high-converting ad copy
Optimize:
- CPC
- CTR
- Conversions
- ROAS
Manage budgets and bidding strategies
Identify and execute performance improvements
2. Social Media Engagement & Execution
Manage daily engagement on:
Respond to comments and messages
Support:
- Content scheduling
- Caption writing
- Post optimization
Track engagement metrics and growth
3. SEO & Organic Growth
Conduct keyword research using:
- SEMrush
Optimize:
- Metadata
- Content
- Internal linking
Support technical SEO improvements
Track:
- Rankings
- Organic traffic
Identify content gaps and opportunities
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track performance across:
- Paid
- Social
- Organic
Analyze data using:
- Google Analytics 4
Prepare reports with:
- Insights
- Recommendations
Maintain clean documentation of campaign updates

Requirements (Must-Have)
3+ years hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
3+ years managing social media platforms
Proven SEO experience using:
- SEMrush or similar
Strong understanding of:

Experience with:
- Google Analytics 4
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
Experience managing multiple client accounts
Exposure to:
- E-commerce
- SaaS
- B2B marketing
Experience with:
- A/B testing frameworks
- Conversion optimization
Familiarity with content marketing workflows
