If you are a hands‑on digital marketer who enjoys the full spectrum of digital operations, from website updates and marketing automation to social media coordination, analytics, and agency management, you will feel right at home here. You will play an important role in keeping our global channels accurate, consistent, and performing at a high level across teams, regions, and platforms.
Your Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Define the Social Media strategy and keep the global social content calendar updated at all times.
- Owner of all Social Media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for Wolf Lubricants, Champion Lubricants and Wolf Oil Corporation.
- Act as main contact for regional marketing and collaborate with regional agencies when needed for their social media campaigns.
- Drive end to end regional campaigns from set up to performance tracking and improvement planning.
- Collaborate with our in-house design studio for creation of social media assets in line with the global content plan and in collaboration with Brand & Partnerships.
- Act as the primary contact for the social media agency; quality-check all content and copy.
- Respond to interactions on global accounts and escalate issues to the correct internal owners.
- Ensure global social content is consistent, accurate and on-brand.
Digital Content & Channel Management
- Update website content (pages, blogs, navigation) and ensure alignment with digital strategy via Kontent.ai CMS.
- Manage translations workflows
- Support the creation, preparation, and publishing of email content for newsletters, product updates, events and campaigns
Data, Reporting & Quality Monitoring
- Maintain digital dashboards and compile quarterly performance reports.
- Support digital analytics (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Suite) and interpret data to provide insights and proactively flag improvements
- Develop and implement a structured framework for global and local performance reporting, as well as standardised training programmes and compliance guidelines for local agencies
Qualifications
We are looking for a self-sufficient, detail-oriented digital operator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and professionally. You recognise yourself in the following:
- 5–7 years’ experience in digital marketing, in a B2B environment.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills; experienced with Google Analytics, Meta Suite and Looker Studio.
- Hands-on with Meta Ads and SEA (e.g., Google Ads).
- Skilled in marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot, MailChimp).
- Tech-savvy, curious and always improving efficiency.
- Comfortable using digital asset management tools and CMS (Kontent.ai is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, accurate and structured in workflows.
- Confident in managing agencies and challenging deliverables.
- Supportive in guiding colleagues in digital tools.
