We’re hiring a highly organized and execution-focused GoHighLevel Marketing Operations Specialist to support marketing execution, CRM workflows, content coordination, and operational support for a fast-growing business.
This is not a strategy-only role.

What You’ll Own
Executive & Operational Coordination
Manage:
- Scheduling

Maintain structured:

Support leadership with day-to-day execution and coordination
Identify workflow gaps and improve operational efficiency
Maintain organized files, records, and communication systems
Marketing Execution & Social Media
Create, schedule, and publish content across:
- Online communities
Manage:

- Direct messages
- Community engagement
Track engagement metrics and maintain reporting dashboards
Support ad campaign setup and marketing promotions
Ensure consistent brand presence across channels
GoHighLevel CRM & Email Marketing
Build and manage workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
Create and maintain:
- Automations
- Nurture sequences
- Email campaigns
- Follow-up workflows
Maintain clean CRM records and organized pipeline tracking
Ensure lead and customer communication happens on time
Support outreach campaigns and funnel execution
Content Creation & Program Support
Edit and produce:
- Short-form videos
- Marketing clips
- Social content
Use tools such as:
- Canva
- Veed
- Opus Clips
- Similar editing platforms
Organize and format:
- Guides
- Scripts
- Workbooks
- Program materials
Maintain branding consistency across all assets
Program & Membership Operations
- Organize and maintain digital program materials
- Track member progress and communication workflows
- Support onboarding and participant coordination
- Troubleshoot minor platform and workflow issues
- Ensure smooth operational execution for memberships and programs
Research, Lead Generation & Digital Support
Research Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs)
Build prospect lists and outreach databases
Support lead generation campaigns and outreach workflows
Assist with:
- Website updates
- Account setup
- Reporting
- Operational research
Compile reports and insights for leadership decision-making
Communication & Administrative Coordination
Maintain professional written communication with:
- Leads
- Clients
- Participants
- Internal teams
Manage inbox priorities and follow-up communication
Ensure shared documentation and workflows remain organized
Support operational reliability across the business
